Hand boned holsters, belts and scabbards along with other fine products are expertly stitched using waxed linen thread. Rough-cut edges are skived-round and burnished on a radius creating a natural, smooth finish on each and every fiber, and basket weave patterns are handcrafted by only the most experienced artist. Just a single holster requires over 500 perfectly registered hand-tooled impressions. Each single impression is created using a leather mallet and steel die or punch set. There is no room for error, each cut is like cutting a diamond, and each precision blow of the mallet is critical.
