IMPORTANT : UNCONFIRMED ORDERS

At times, we have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled! So please provide us with contact information should the need arise. We will always do our best to reach you by phone & e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely.

 

Shipping and Delivery


Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. It is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent.

SHIPMENTS MADE IN THE USA:

Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method:

  • Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order.
  • Processing & Shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). For example, an order for UPS 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday).
  • Other delivery options can take longer.

SHIPMENTS MADE OUTSIDE THE USA:

We are not responsible for, nor can we pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred from this return will be passed on to the customer.

SPECIAL NOTE: Please allow a minimum of 14-21 days for deliveries to Canada. Canadian orders are shipped via UPS International service. UPS Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

TAX:  Items shipped to New York will have apropriate state sales tax added to the order total.


IMPORTANT: ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.


SPECIAL NOTE : OVERSIZED ITEMS

Most items in each of the following categories are classified as oversized:

  • Rifle Scabbards
  • Saddle & Shell Bags

All oversized items will be delivered via UPS Ground shipping. Many are also subject to additional shipping charges on top of those indicated in your purchase total, in which case you will be notified by phone or e-mail regarding the final charge, with the option to confirm or cancel your order. To inquire beforehand about additional shipping charges on oversized items, e-mail info@anthonyleather.com.

 

Payment Information


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept personal & bank checks drawn from USA banks, and USA bank/postal service money orders in US dollars, but cannot ship goods until such funds clear. Make sure when mailing such payments that you include the order submission number, and if possible, a printout of your shopping cart and checkout forms. Our order checkout process is on a secure server, to protect your credit information.

All credit card orders are subject to verification. Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays.

All deliveries require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Shipping and handling expenses are not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments.

 

Out Of Stock Information


Most items at Anthony Leather are in stock. Delivery may take up to 8 weeks for out of stock items. Please e-mail us cs@anthonyleather.com for advance notification of product availability. We will reply immediately letting you know if the item is in stock.

 

Return Policy


Shipping and handling expenses are not refundable on returned items. It is the customer's responsibility.We extend a 10 day money back guarantee for returns and exchanges, less shipping & handlingprovided:

1. Merchandise is not among the Return Policy Exceptions.
2. Merchandise is returned in original mint condition, as shipped.
3. With all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
4. Within 14 days of receipt of package.
5. Merchandise is neither tagged as being Special Order, or priced above $500.00.

Additional notes:
6. Please do not write or tape anything on the package as this may result in the refusal of the return or a charge for the packaging.
7. Damage in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (ie: UPS).
8. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 15%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
9. All returns are subject to inspection.

Return Policy Exceptions

Rifle Scabbards: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Saddle & Shell Bags: All sales are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Regarding Back-Ordered Items

On any back-ordered item, we will endeavor to ship as quickly as possible. If the customer is not willing to wait for the item to arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to advise us, and if the item has not yet been shipped, we will follow the customer's instructions.

Special Order & Items over $500.00

Items over $500.00 and those specifically marked "Special order" are NON-CANCELLABLE. Confirmation of such orders forms an obligation on your part to accept delivery. You have 14 days from receipt of package to return DEFECTIVE merchandise for EVEN EXCHANGE only. Special Orders are accepted with the understanding that you are willing to wait up to 30 days for the item to ship, if necessary.

For Special Shipping Items:
Special order restrictions apply to items that are shipped by special freight truckers or airport-to-airport, or that require special handling or packing. The product listings would disclose this.
